We found Leave it to Lara when we moved house over a long weekend with young children in school! We needed to have the house organized for the children to go to school on Monday! Lara and her team unpacked our moving boxes and organized our kitchen at the same time! They also unpacked and organized our clothes closets and bathrooms, so the house was organized for Monday morning school and work. Real World Project
After 38 years of raising their three children in their Atlanta home, Karen and Gary were ready to downsize into a condo with no yard work, no car traffic and stunning city views. But after living in the same house for over three decades, they were hoping someone could help them make the process easy, pain free, and not overwhelming. Enter Leave it to Lara!
Lara met with Karen and Gary on September 1. By their close date of September 15, the Leave it to Lara team had tackled through all of their possessions during 3 purging sessions, resulting in 6 carloads of donations, cleaner shelves, closets and cupboards for staging photos. The team scheduled a mobile shredding company to shred 25 boxes of archaic papers in the attic. The team organized the household keepsakes by family members so each grown child could take their bins to their own house. The team packed the entire house, purging as they packed, so Karen and Gary could fit in their new downsized space with the most efficient organizing systems. Within a week, the team moved furniture and boxes, unpacked and organized with everything labeled and contained and ready for their next chapter!
